Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item shows no visible signs of damage

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Any damage or tampering may void the Toyava return guarantee

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)

  • Sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we may request proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email containing the order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item.

If you're returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming we’ve received your item and informing you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, we will send you a digital gift certificate by email.


Damaged or Defective Items

We use delivery timestamps from our shipping providers to verify claims, so please report damage within the time window so we can assist you properly.
